User :   my blood pressure just read 140 over 83 with a pulse rate of 102 that went down to 77 after 5 minutes. am I in danger of a heart attack or what does this mean?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   I am Dr.
User :   hello - is this something I need to be worried about?
Doctor :   What is yoru age and gender?
User :   I am a 46 year old female
Doctor :   I am not worried about your vitals ( blood pressure and Pulse) and even the sudden drop in pulse rate too
Doctor :   Is there anything specific that you are looking for like any medical condition you were diagnosed with?
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptoms and not about your vitals
User :   Not diagnosed with anything, but was concerned since my heart was pounding hard enough to be felt all over my body. Have been very stressed out lately but thats it.
Doctor :   Stress can vary your pulse rate largely
Doctor :   Try to relax
Doctor :   Do some muscle relaxing exercises
Doctor :   Choose one muscle from toe to head and tighten it for count of 10 and release it
Doctor :   and then choose one more muscle and go sequentially
User :   I have been trying to deep breath to relax. At what point should I become concerned and seek medical care?
Doctor :   You can reasonably check your BP and pulse
Doctor :   For your age, BP more than 160/100 should head to ER
Doctor :   Pulse of more than 160 should head
User :   Okay - I will keep an eye on things. I appreciate the information.
Doctor :   I still suggest that you do get some stress relieving measures undertaking
Doctor :   that should keep all your values under normal
Doctor :   Practise for good time
Doctor :   In fact make it a part of routine, 15 minutes at both ends of the day
Doctor :   If you have high blood pressure, exercise, weight loss, low salt intake
Doctor :   should be considered
Doctor :   Did you follow?
User :   Yes, thank you.
Doctor :   Thank you
Doctor :   Bye for now
