User:i am working in night shift, in day i could not get sleep, can you advice how can i get good sleep at day
Doctor:You need to keep your routine regular
Doctor:If you sleep same time every day, you should be able to sleep

User:from last 3 months i m working in night shift only, most of the day i m getting sleep for 1 or 2 hr per day
