User:I have received my diet plan from health magic
User:which says I need to have curd and butter milk daily
User:is there any particular reason behind that
Doctor:yes, curd and butter milk improves your digestion
Doctor:May I know the reason for receiving a diet chart?

User:I want to reduce my weight
User:hence I have asked for diet plan

User:I am not able to follow exactly what they have given
User:as there are so many things which I never had before
User:So what I am doing now is having warm water with lemon in morning
User:then breakfast like Poha, Upma, Idli, Biscuits, fruits
User:and den salad at 11.30-12 and den lunch
User:after that green tea and two hyfiber biscuits
User:and den 1 fruit around 5-6
User:and then dineer
User:also i walk for 30 mins
User:and do skipping for 15mins
User:is that fine
User:to reduce the weight
User:the vegetable i cook for dinner or lunch i make sure i use only 1 table spoon oil in that or lesser then that if possible
