User:i have this problem since last 3-4 years.....
User:alwys cold and sneezing
User:to avoid tht i take citrazine

Doctor:Most likely you may be having that due to allergy issues, which is due to a hyperctive immune system in many individuals
Doctor:the best way, to diagnose the underlying issue would be to do a few blood tests
Doctor:Complete hemogram, absolute eosinophil count, Nasal secretion evaluations, X XXXXXXX of the nose or CT ( to detect Deviated nasal septum OR polyps)
Doctor:in addition skin allergy testing will also help
