White spots on hands with itching and scaly patches on forearm which is spreading - Online Doctor Chats

User :   its been 10 to 15 days observing that i have some white spots on my both hands fingers and few on my palms. sometimes its itching and no other symptoms / signs. Though its slowly but day by day i m feeling its spreading.
apart from this i have a white scale like patch on interior parts of my forearm which badly i feel itching and diagonsed Polorisis or something but it didnot worked out. sir plz suggest me what is this and what i should do.
