User :   its round in shape at times on the both side in front of tongue

User :   before that 6 months back for 2 days

Doctor :   1. it generally follows/ presents along with a viral fever, infection , etc
Doctor :   2. it could be due to vitamin deficiencies
Doctor :   3.candida/yeast infections in the mouth
Doctor :   4. dehydration following illness lack of god consumption of water
Doctor :   and many more causes
Doctor :   i would want to ask you if you have done any blood tests recently?
User :   yes in the month of nov 2010

Doctor :   was there any evidence of infection , etc?
Doctor :   how is your blood sugar, if diabetic this may cause frequent fungal infection called candida in the oral cavity

Doctor :   drink enough water and keep yourself hydrated
