User:Hello Sir,
User:Since last week I am suffering from heavy cold.
User:and first time in my life I am having too much headache.., due to cold.
Doctor:Did you take any medicine
Doctor:Do you have blocked nose?
User:A very hard green bulgam comes from my nose
User:and paracitamol
User:not fully blocked nose.
User:frequently I have to clean my nose
Doctor:Ok that is a healing sign
User:and due to that green hard liquid, I feel too much pain
Doctor:You need to do the following
User:yes, but healing - how long it will take to recover.
Doctor:Steam inhalation with Vicks applied to the nose thrice a day
Doctor:Milk with pepper
Doctor:Keep emptying the nostrils
Doctor:The more you empty the faster is the recovery
User:and sometime I see a small blood clot with bulgam
User:since last 4 days the situation is the same, today the pain is too much
Doctor:You can take DOLO COLD
User:I am having allergy of dust
User:is there any permanent solution for this,
User:I never had this kind of issues before.,
