User:i have done Medical Test Yesterday would like to share the report with you for consultation .as there are some levels which are high

User:no sir
Doctor:If either is a yes, tell me how much
Doctor:ok, are you veg or nonveg?
User:do not smoke or drink
Doctor:And how much do you weigh and what is your height?
User:100% VEG
Doctor:Alright, there is nothing here to worry about
User:Sir my weigth is 120 kg approx hieght - 6 ft
Doctor:Your lipid profile is a bit off, you liver enzyme ALP is mildly high and your hb levels were reported to be slightly higher than normal
Doctor:Yhea, you need to lose a bit of weight.. The lipid profile is showing the same
User:From last 1 month i am working on the same - have started with 20-30 Mins walk
User:what Precaution should i take or what is the further action to be taken in case of Medication of Diet
User:Medication or diet change

Doctor:You need to exercise more than that
Doctor:you need an hour of cardio every alternate day
Doctor:And you need a diet plan that will help with weight loss

User:sure sir ..so by exercise can i correct my Lipid profile and gluco level

User:sure sir - In diet what is to be avoided and what is advisable
Doctor:Avoid foods with saturated fat.. that is foods that are packaged or cooked in restaurants or fast food
