User:I am a 30 year old software professional perfectly fit in my health, but from last two days i just started getting a pain in my shoulder(especially more in right side) . The pain last for about 5-10 seconds and then vanish. I need to understand if this is not a alarming sign of cardiac arrest. I don't have any problem in doing my routine work and I just started learning swimming few days back ( aren't the pain is only muscular as I am learning to how to move hands in synchronization with your legs to swim ).. Please let me know how Should I confirm this as i don't have any problem (fatigues or anything) in doing my routine work...

User:My family do have history of cardiac arrest(parental side) but all had noticed at close to 70.

Since you do not have all above mentioned symptoms especially high blood pressure then cardiac problem is unlikely
