Hi Doctor..

Hello XXXX
I am a 30 year old software professional perfectly fit in my health, but from last two days i just started getting a pain in my shoulder(especially more in right side) . The pain last for about 5-10 seconds and then vanish. I need to understand if this is not a alarming sign of cardiac arrest. I don't have any problem in doing my routine work and I just started learning swimming few days back ( aren't the pain is only muscular as I am learning to how to move hands in synchronization with your legs to swim ).. Please let me know how Should I confirm this as i don't have any problem (fatigues or anything) in doing my routine work...

Give me few moments I will go through your query
My family do have history of cardiac arrest(parental side) but all had noticed at close to 70.

Ok

After going through your history It is mostly due to muscle pain

Right side pain is not related to heart
how one should understand that this is only mascular
okay..that is only left side of shoulder can be one of the symptom right

Recently you have started new physical activity which gives stress to your shoulders

Do you have breathlessness?

Do you have history of high blood pressure?
nope
never before

Do you have nay chest pain?
and this time I am okay in my work , mood as well
nope

Do you have high cholesterol in your blood? Have you done blood cholestrol?
I never made any related tests before

Are you overweight?
I am 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 75 Kg
my waist is 32 inces

You are not over weight
Since you do not have all above mentioned symptoms especially high blood pressure then cardiac problem is unlikely
