Doctor:Ok
User:his stool is also reduced to 1 once in a day ( except yesterday 4 times)
User:the quality of the same is mainly stiff
User:since last two days,,,his liquid intake has also reduced
User:iam really worried
Doctor:I understand your concern.
Doctor:Chilren after 1 years become very fussy with their diet.
User:fussy is fine,,but my child has not taken any solid food since a week,,thats my concern. Not atall
User:i just donno wat to do
Doctor:However I am bothered since his intake has grossly reduced since yesterday (as per your description)\
Doctor:It may be a sign of infection.
Doctor:Since you also reported multiple episodes of stool yesterday
Doctor:I suggest you to take him to the local pediatrician for evaluation.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:ok
User:i took him last friday
User:he told till the time baby is active,,,no problem
User:but in this way,,his activity will go down
User:gradually
Doctor:I understand that.
Doctor:There are many children whose feeding habits go down after 1 year.
User:ok
Doctor:Things gradually improve with time.
Doctor:However it becomes concerning when their physical activity comes down.
Doctor:Reduction in activity and refusal to eat more than what it was few days earlier
Doctor:can be a sign of acute infection.
User:ok
Doctor:Since I am unable to examine the child, I am not in a position to verify if it is a sign of infection or part of the routine.
Doctor:Hence my suggestion to take him back to the doctor.
User:though i visited doctor last friday,,,but as the liquid proportion also went down since last two days, do you suggest to go gto the doctor immediatly?
Doctor:If he has no fever, you can watch the condition for a day.
User:yeah,,no fever
User:just hunger has flown away
Doctor:If he continues to refuse feeds and becomes lethargic, withdraws from play
Doctor:it should be addressed by a doctor at the earliest.
User:so ,, i should wait till this week?
Doctor:You can watch the condition for a day or two
Doctor:if things remain worsen, take him to the doctor.
Doctor:If it doesn't change much, you can come back her for further discussion.
Doctor:We can reassess the situation again.
Doctor:Hope it makes sense.
User:yes
User:thank you
