User:I've vomitted twice today and am having full body tiredness

Doctor:Firstly we need to control vomiting and also rehydrate

Doctor:Take Tab Ondem 4mg half hour before food 1-2 times a day

Doctor:For mild dehydration water is good enough

Doctor:but if diahrea also happens then ORS (in clean drinking water) should be taken after every loose motion
