User:My scalp is very unhealthy
User:I have tiny round XXXXXXX on all over my scalp and when I press them, they bleed
Doctor:Do you have dandruff?
User:This problem is there for 3 years at least
User:No, I don't have dandruff
Doctor:Do you have hair loss?
User:I had dandruff when I was a kid...but not now.
User:No hair loss as such..
Doctor:Do you have itching?
User:My hairs are strong and little wavy..
User:I feel like itching and when I find those small XXXXXXX on my scalp, I press them

User:they bleed and sometimes that yellow pus also comes out from them
User:I don't use hair creams, and rarely use hair oil
User:I used straightening cream sometimes in the past
User:This problem is vanished or goes away in the winter season
User:but as the season changes to summer, I start getting these all over my scalp and sometimes on my forehead too

User:hmm...I use hair oil twice in a month\
User:so what can I do to prevent these

User:I used Safi blood purifier many times
User:No, i didn't
Doctor:Mostly it seems hair folliculitis
User:When I drink Safi for about a week, I get some relief from this problem but that's only temporary

User:oh okay...this problem has been for years now
Doctor:You can use anti fungal shampoo Ketoconazole Shampoo,usually it is effective
User:I used Betadine shampoo once but that didn't help me
Doctor:or you can apply anti fungal cream
User:okay, is it Betadine or what's the brand name of the shampoo or cream?
Doctor:but do not press, pus can spread into other area and cause more lesions
User:oh itches a lot so I do it...I will not press them now
Doctor:am not sure about brand names but you will get the shampoo and cream at pharamcy
User:Should I get my blood sugar level checked?
Doctor:Yes,in some cases high sugars can cause this
User:Ok, I will ask for an anti-fungal shampoo and cream at the chemist shop
User:Oh okay, so it's better that I get the sugar level checked...
User:and apply oil more often?
Doctor:If your symptoms do not improve after using these better visit a dermatologist
Doctor:do not apply oil all the time
User:oh okay, sure
Doctor:you can apply 1 hour before wash
User:Yes, that seems good
User:I will use these and see if I get some relief...
