User:I have got my complete health check done this week. From the results I see some abnormalities with 1.HDL, Triglycerides, VLDL etc 2.Amylase 3.hsCRP 4.Folic Acid 5.Lipase . I have family history of Diabetes and Pancreatitis. Could you please go through my attched health check report and provide your valuable suggestions, findings and expert advice

User:I had some itching in my legs and had some kind of infection in legs and intense itching for about 1-2 weeks

Doctor:Say no to oil, junk, fast food
Doctor:regular exercises 30-45 minutes daily
