User:I have a tail bone inflation for a very long time
User:It has become very severe over last one week
User:And today I am even having difficulty even airting
Doctor:Since when are you suffering with this?
User:I had shown an orthopedic 6 months bacj
User:He gave med which had reduced it but never went completely

Doctor:As you have been suffering with this since long time, the treatment usually for this would be steroidal preparations.
Doctor:As this is the tail bone the blood supply to it is limited and healing takes a long time.
Doctor:Along with steroidal course you need to take analgesics and to avoid any pressure over the tail bone.
Doctor:You can use round tube like cushion to avoid any pressure over the tail bone along with sitz bath where you can sit a tub of warm water with salt.
Doctor:Avoid prolonged sitting till the pain completely is resolved.
Doctor:You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain.
Doctor:If you have too much trouble and it is not able to heal by medical management then you can go for surgical removal of the tail bone.

Doctor:you can Ibuprofen three times a day after food. This is only analgesic which will reduce your pain.
