Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:There are two possible conditions that could explain the symptoms.
Doctor:1. Is an acute infection probably by some virus.
Doctor:Generalised weakness and appetite changes are prodromol symptoms that occur with viral infection.
Doctor:This usually settles down in days or couple of week.
Doctor:2. Possibility is due to hormone disturbance.
Doctor:If those medicines were started recently they can be contributing to it.
Doctor:At this point of time, I would opt for a wait and watch policy.
Doctor:Suggest to eat small and frequent meals instead of large 3 meals a day.
Doctor:Avoid spices, caffeine, beverages and oily food.
Doctor:If nausea/vomiting sensation persists, antiemetic drugs like domstal can be taken twice a day.
Doctor:You can add a multivitamin pills once a day for a week.
Doctor:You can observe the condition for next few days.
Doctor:If symptoms persists or worsens over the next week,
Doctor:you should get back to the doctor for examination.

Doctor:Target is to get the TSH between 2-3
Doctor:You should continue the same.
Doctor:Perhaps the dose can be reduced if it becomes lowered even further.
Doctor:Do you have other questions?
User:as u said it can be infection
Doctor:I did not mean you have an infection
User:i do feel that it's because of outside food
Doctor:but that is a possibility perhaps the closest that I can think of based on your symptoms.
User:as i had it on saturaday
Doctor:Yes, food and water outside may have induced it.
User:not sure but the vomit was red
Doctor:Give it time and if it doesn't improve you need to see the doctor.
User:is there anythng to worry about?
Doctor:Since you have no further vomiting, I will not be overtly concerned about the content of vomitus.
Doctor:Most likely it is all part of the same complaints.
Doctor:As I said earlier, do not be worried.
Doctor:Give it time. Try the options (medicines) I suggested.
User:i will wait for one more day
User:if weakness persists
User:will consult doc
Doctor:you can also add antiulcer drugs like pantoprazole 40mg once a day (before breakfast) for a week
Doctor:along with it.
Doctor:Visit the doctor if symptoms persist beyond the week.
Doctor:Hope I am clear.
Doctor:Do you have any more questions?
