User:My daughther 6 year old has been vomitting since last night. Gets burps and is complaining of stomach ache intermittently and loose motions
Doctor:how many times does she vomit and get loose stools?
User:I have given her Emeset syrup
User:2-3 times from last night
Doctor:does she have fever?
User:She had fever 4 days ago and was prescribed moxikind syrup

Doctor:i would suggest you to give her enterogermina respules twice daily for 3 days
Doctor:which is a probiotic
Doctor:give her racecadotril 30 mg sachets
Doctor:which is antidiarrhoeal if she is having loose stools more than 4 times
Doctor:continue emeset syrup 5 ml 30 mins before feeds , 3 times a day for 2 days
Doctor:keep her hydrated well. Give her lots of curds and buttermilk
Doctor:soft diet like dal, rice, idli or khichidi
Doctor:avoid oily and spicy foods
Doctor:complete the antibiotic course.
