User:I am having pain on the left side of my back, just above my waist and my urine has a strong odor. Could this be a kidney infection?
Let me read your query for few minutes to be able to have a good discussion here.
Doctor:yes, it is possible that it could be kidney infection
Doctor:are you with me?
User:I don't have any of the other symptoms that I have read that could be related. Could this be a kidney stone
Doctor:Yes, it could be kidney stone as well
User:I guess I will call my doctor in the morning. Can this be treated with medication and how fast will it work?
Doctor:It depends on the size and nature of the stone, if present
Doctor:If it is less than 4mm, it can be treated by medicines
Doctor:If it is more than 4mm, it needs surgical removal
Doctor:Both the treatments should work within few days
Doctor:and you should be relieved of the pain
Doctor:all right?
User:Thanks for your help. I am feeling a bit better that this might have been something else
Doctor:It's my pleasure to help you
Doctor:Please get it checked by your doctor once
User:Good Night
Doctor:Good night to you as well
Doctor:Get well soon
