User:am having pain aroung neck for last two days
Doctor:Ok
User:i did Gym exercise on Tuesday and felt headache and vomiting sensation after that am having right side neck pain for last two days. Now when I turn my head right side getting more pain
Doctor:Can you grade the severity of pain on a scale of 1 to 10
Doctor:10 being the most severe pain you ever had.
User:5-7
User:pain around neck back side near to ear.
Doctor:Did you try any remedies/medicines?
User:no. just i put some ice cubes for few mins around that pain area
Doctor:I would start you on pain killers for couple of days.
Doctor:along with muscle relaxants.
User:okay
Doctor:I put my patients on tablet mobizox twice a day for 3 days.
Doctor:You can try the medicines for couple of days and see the response.
User:oaky i will try this tablet. is there any other checkup needs to do?
Doctor:I would want to assess the condition after 3-4 days.
Doctor:You can go for X-rays if symptoms don't improve or worsen.
