User:hi i need one query

User:my maid is having appendix operation 3 years back. suddenly she is suffering slight pain from the same area. i ask her is this first time? she answered that this incidend happend earlier. local doctor give medicine.and everything goes fine
User:problem she lost prescription
User:as it happens in her village
User:please suggest what to do to
Doctor:Does she has any burning sensation while urinating?
Doctor:What type of pain is it? Pricking, stabbing?

Doctor:I feel that the pain won't be related to the previous appendix surgery.
Doctor:It can be due to a ureteric stone or ovarian infection or cyst.
User:but place is the same
Doctor:Yes. Appendix surgery was done 3 yrs ago and by now the area should have healed completely.
Doctor:You can ask to her Paracetamol tablets and drink plenty of water.
User:but 1 yrs ago same type of pain felt
Doctor:What treatment was given then?
Doctor:And any Ultrasound of abdomen was done?
User:problem is that..actually according to her some medicines given and within 2 hours everything goes ok
Doctor:You can ask her to get a Ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out any stone or ovarian infection.
Doctor:and for the time being she can take analgesic tabs like Cyclopam
Doctor:According to the ultrasound report further management can be planned.

Doctor:Cyclopam would be 500mg tab. she can take it on pain or three times a day after food.
Doctor:Paracetamol also can be used. This too 500 mg tab three times a day after food.
User:if everything goes well then what to do? ultrasound?
Doctor:Yes, if the pain relives then too get a ultrasound to make sure the cause of the pain.
User:any restriction?
Doctor:Ask her to avoid spicy food, and let her drink plenty of water.
User:as she is maid so any other restriction apart from food
Doctor:No other restrictions. If the pain is mild and gets relieved then nothing to worry and she can carry with her work.
Doctor:Sorry, I made a mistake in typing the dose of cyclopam. The normal availabe dose would be 20mg.
Doctor:three times a day after food.
