User:Sorry spell correction issue
Doctor:no fever or swelling or discharge from the site make me think that way
User:Diclomol
User:Ok
Doctor:thats dicolfenac, ok
Doctor:for the time being, warm water compresses should help
User:We did try warm press
Doctor:hot water compress i mean
User:Hmm ok
User:But what could be the reason
Doctor:normally, during hsg testing, there will be some reaction to the medications that were injected
User:Hope this should not be any side effect of hsg right
User:Ohk
Doctor:wait, watch and if this persists for more than 5-7 days, get a ultrasound of the injection site
User:How can we be sure if that is not harmful
User:Ok...is that tablet suggested to be taken
Doctor:well, its been vleared for use after testing
Doctor:cleared*
User:In case of pain
User:Along with warm press
User:Coz generally pain killers are not suggested to be taken for more days
Doctor:diclofenc is good, you can add Tab Dolo 650 4 times a day as well
Doctor:You can take dolo for weeks and weeks if needed, though i don't think its needed like that in this case
User:One sec...
User:So you are saying diclomol and dolo 650
User:Coz I saw diclomol had paracetamol
Doctor:yes, ts a combo
Doctor:but i'm adding more paracetamol
User:So only diclomol is fine right
User:Ok but that is not good for liver right
Doctor:it has very mild effects on the liver, it wouldnt do anything bad when used for a week or 2
Doctor:beyond that, its good to switch to some other pain killer
User:Ok...so warm press and the 2 tablets right
Doctor:for now, ultrasound later if the pain stays or fever or swelling develop
User:Ok..thanks doc
Doctor:no problem.
Doctor:Do you have any more queries?
User:No ..:)
Doctor:Thanks for visiting me here. Bye for now.
