User:hello doctor: I XXXXXXX in a month 1 or 2 times watery pimple comes in my mouth
User:whats the reason
Doctor:Does it hurt?
User:no I don't have any problem from that
Doctor:How big are those lesions?
User:a tiny one like XXXXXXX
Doctor:How does it start, does it increases in size, color, form ulcers/scabs before healing?
User:i just feel it some time i doesn't feel also, some times it form ulcers
User:any problem
Doctor:Do you have any other associated symptoms like fever, body aches, weakness associated with these lesions?
User:no,i have a 8 month baby so little weakness is there
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:These watery vesicles that you describe can very well be due to a benign condition such as inflammation referred to as stomatitis.
Doctor:These lesions appear due to stress factors, nutritional deficiency or due to minor infections.
Doctor:However since they are water filled, the possibility of herpes should be excluded.
Doctor:From the brief description you gave
Doctor:it doesn't seem very obvious.
Doctor:However a direct examination of the lesion is necessary to rule this infection out.
User:any solution ,or is it because of tea coffee
Doctor:I think you are not clear.
Doctor:I said these lesions may be from benign unknown factors including stress.
Doctor:however a physical examination is necessary to rule out infections like herpes
Doctor:which can present with similar complaints.
Doctor:So if you still have those vescicular (water) filled lesions, it is important to see a doctor.
User:stress i there because of baby i doesn't get enough sleep
User:that lesions last only for a day or two
Doctor:If it is from stressful factors, i would only put you on vitamin supplements. However if it is from herpes, then it needs specific antiviral drugs.
Doctor:You should consult a doctor and get this clarified.
Doctor:It looks less likely to be from herpes,
Doctor:but clinical examination is necessary to exclude it 100%
Doctor:Hope I am clear.
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
Doctor:Are you there?
