User:Hi, I have some skin problem, that makes my skin itch specially back, chest, shoulders and arms.
Doctor:since when is this problem?
User:this problem is for more than 3 years
User:i have been to many dermatologists
Doctor:I am sorry it looks like a chronic problem
Doctor:do you always have a dry skin?
Doctor:Have you taken treatment for this earlier?
User:i do get red bumps here and there, and sometimes a region gets reddish like inner elbows
User:but it helps as long as i take those medicines
