Doctor:Let me brief you now.
Doctor:Since you been investigated extensively, I hope you realize the cause of your multiple symptoms is most likely hormonal disturbances.
Doctor:I am glad to know that you have no serious issues found on testing now.
Doctor:In this instance you should be treated with hormone replacements. Deviry is a progesterone supplement which is helpful.
Doctor:You can continue it as instructed. If it doesn't help you regulate period, your doctor can combine estrogens to it.
Doctor:One of these will help you.
Doctor:Besides the medication, it is important that you do your part of lifestyle change.
Doctor:The most important of this is getting back your weight into normal limits.
Doctor:Metadoze helps in lowering insulin resistant cells which are fat cells.
Doctor:However you need to supplement it with a proper diet plan and weight reducing exercise.
Doctor:So start these changes immediately.
Doctor:And as stress also effect your cycles, include destressing measures such as meditation, good sleep and other relaxation techniques.
Doctor:In short, you are being treated rightly. If you don't see good results (which is primarily getting back regular period), you can report back to the gynecologist.
Doctor:she can combine estrogens for better results.
Doctor:In addition start exercise and diet plan to reduce weight.
Doctor:And get those stresses out.
Doctor:Did you follow what I suggested?
User:yes pls
User:i have requested for a diet chart as well online
Doctor:That's a good move. It's also important that you start exercise - brisk walk for 15-20 minutes will not be that difficult to start off with.
Doctor:Add more exercise as and when you find time.
Doctor:With weight under check and the medicines, I expect you to have better quality life.
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:yes last one
User:any alternate medicine to loose weight
User:and reduce stress
Doctor:In this setting, metformin would be the right choice. Metadoze is a metformin product.
Doctor:There are few other drugs that are marketed
Doctor:as weight reducing pills and appetite inhibitors.
Doctor:They either come packed with significant side effects or they lack enough evidence that they work.
Doctor:If you are able to follow metadoze, diet plan and moderate exercise religiously, I expect you to begin losing weight in the next 3 months time.
Doctor:I don't feel you will look for alternate medicine then.
Doctor:Hope I am clear.
Doctor:Is there anything else?
