Please proceed with your query
this was regarding the irrgular periods issue.. of my wife.. hope u can recall..
sorry doc.. was disconnected couple of hiurs ago.. .. current failure
Yes, I remember your last chat.
Did you understand that she needs to see a gynecologist.
it seems.. currently she is telling its just spotting.. of blood and not bleeding..
yeah i udnerstand that
I am not concerned very much about her latest symptom.
I am very much bothered with the fact that her periods have been irregular since the last 6 months.
Irregular period can cause some healthy disturbances.
yeah ill make sure she isn touch with a gynic soon..
It needs to be treated to prevent those disturbances.
Therefore I recommend she consults a gynecologist and get this sorted.
Do you have any questions now?
no.. but one from my side
another thing.. doc its regarding me.. last sat.. it happened that while coming out of lift.. i had to jump from mid lift opening to pavement which is like 5 feet down
i had landed on my heels.. and it was painfull and was nt able to walk
i went to apollo and they did ctscan , xray which revealed no fracture.. hairline or whatsover.. and he gave me 5d coue of anitinflamatry
painkiller and anitacid
i visited him again
and i was not able to walk yet.. althuh pain had reduced a bit only
he told i was very lucky and the softbone under heel was damaged and thats y m in pain
my queries are ..normally what kinda issue it is?
and how much time i takes to recover..
i can walk only on toes..limping..
It is clear that you have no fracture
but the surround muscular connective tissue inflammation secondary to the trauma is causing the pain and walking difficulty.
Recovery period varies among individuals based on the severity of initial trauma
but on an average most individual recover over 2-3 weeks.
thats wat he even told. 2-3 weeks
yeah.. i dont have sever pain until i try to stand on heel other than that..i have no issues
Heat will help you if there is no swelling.
u eman hot water..and cold ice treatment
If it is marginal pain, I don't think you should be worried.
okay... and dont we have any medications so as to help the healing process a little faster?
You can apply ice for awhile after you get back home.
i mean all i got presicred was anitiinfamatory and pain killer in the first visit.. and on the 2nd he gave me pain killers
Recovery period besides medicine depend on how well you rest the heal.
The more you rest, the faster is the healing.
okay doc... got it..
doc.. any food recommendation for the same?
The average healing period is taking into consideration you don't perform serious exercises and strain it further.
or its okay talking nomral routine food
You can eat normal food; prefer to avoid spices since they can induce gastritis along with pain medicines.
Do you have any more questions?
can i normally drive gearless bikes so as to commute to bring thing nearby
or visit the nearby doc
As far as driving is concerned it depends on how you tolerate it.
I wouldn't push for it if I have severe pain.
yeah ..i understand,.. it
no strain excercises..
thanks doc.. for now .. i ahve this much questions on my mind.. ll let you know if any more in coming days
That's right. Avoid strains, use medicines and apply ice whenever needed. this will help you in faster re covery.
