User:this was regarding the irrgular periods issue.. of my wife.. hope u can recall..
User:sorry doc.. was disconnected couple of hiurs ago.. .. current failure

User:it seems.. currently she is telling its just spotting.. of blood and not bleeding..
User:yeah i udnerstand that

Doctor:I am very much bothered with the fact that her periods have been irregular since the last 6 months.
Doctor:Irregular period can cause some healthy disturbances.

User:another thing.. doc its regarding me.. last sat.. it happened that while coming out of lift.. i had to jump from mid lift opening to pavement which is like 5 feet down
User:i had landed on my heels.. and it was painfull and was nt able to walk
User:i went to apollo and they did ctscan , xray which revealed no fracture.. hairline or whatsover.. and he gave me 5d coue of anitinflamatry
User:painkiller and anitacid
User:i visited him again
User:and i was not able to walk yet.. althuh pain had reduced a bit only
User:he told me to keep in caution for 2 weeks and only gave painkiller .dolo to take as SOS
User:he told i was very lucky and the softbone under heel was damaged and thats y m in pain
User:my queries are ..normally what kinda issue it is?
User:and how much time i takes to recover..
User:i can walk only on toes..limping..

Doctor:It is clear that you have no fracture
Doctor:but the surround muscular connective tissue inflammation secondary to the trauma is causing the pain and walking difficulty.
Doctor:Recovery period varies among individuals based on the severity of initial trauma
Doctor:but on an average most individual recover over 2-3 weeks.

User:thats wat he even told. 2-3 weeks
Doctor:If you are in severe pain use the pain killer prescribed.
Doctor:In other circumstance, you can use either heat or cold to fasten the recovery.
User:yeah.. i dont have sever pain until i try to stand on heel other than that..i have no issues
Doctor:Heat will help you if there is no swelling.
User:u eman hot water..and cold ice treatment
Doctor:If it is marginal pain, I don't think you should be worried.
User:okay... and dont we have any medications so as to help the healing process a little faster?
Doctor:You can apply ice for awhile after you get back home.
User:i mean all i got presicred was anitiinfamatory and pain killer in the first visit.. and on the 2nd he gave me pain killers
Doctor:Recovery period besides medicine depend on how well you rest the heal.
Doctor:The more you rest, the faster is the healing.

User:doc.. any food recommendation for the same?
Doctor:The average healing period is taking into consideration you don't perform serious exercises and strain it further.
User:or its okay talking nomral routine food
Doctor:You can eat normal food; prefer to avoid spices since they can induce gastritis along with pain medicines.
