User:My wife gave birth to a baby girl on 11th April 2014.

User:Unfortunately she is unable to feed the baby and her breast feed is almost nil
User:She has taken lactar tablet but it is of no use.. this is our 2nd baby and the first was baby boy.

User:What will be your recommendation?
User:the baby is underweight....
Doctor:How much weight your baby?
User:4Kgs after 3 months. her birth weight was 3.25 kgs

Doctor:Did she get any illness like fever?
User:She is at the moment fed with Dexolite

User:yes very much.. smiles well does her normal duties (Stools, urination, crying, recognizing faces etc..)..
