Doctor:Hair just like any part of the body has its own cycle.
Doctor:Old hair shed down and new ones arise.
Doctor:Some factors including diet, general physical as well as mental state affected this hair cycle.
Doctor:In my opinion, the skipping meal is most likely the cause of your increases weight loss and the hair fall.
User:but doctor even the new hairs (very less hair length) are also falling
Doctor:It is good to loose weight, but skipping food is an unhealthy means to do that.
User:but I do compensate that with fruits... that should be ok.. right?
Doctor:You are loosing more hairs and the new hairs are not strong, because there is not enough proteins and calories in your diet.
Doctor:Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals, but not very rich in proteins and calories.
Doctor:I recommend that you talk to a dietician instead of missing meals.
