User: . my Name is XXXXXXX .. I am having lots of hair fall from last few months..
User:Any suggestions what could be the reason and what can I do to prevent them?
Doctor:Approximately how many strands of hair do you loose in a day?

User:more than 100
User:yes.. from last 4 to 5 months only
User:even before (4 to 5 months before) the hair loss was there... but not too much
User:Also I had a weight loss around the same time, I lost around 10 KG's... could that be the reason?

Doctor:What other symptoms do you have?

User:no other symptoms (except mild body pain)
User:yes, I was trying to lose weight by doing Aerobics/Physical activities

User:Adding more fruits at night time (and skipping regular dinner sometimes)

Doctor:Old hair shed down and new ones arise.
Doctor:Some factors including diet, general physical as well as mental state affected this hair cycle.
Doctor:In my opinion, the skipping meal is most likely the cause of your increases weight loss and the hair fall.
User:but doctor even the new hairs (very less hair length) are also falling

User:but I do compensate that with fruits... that should be ok.. right?
