User:My is having mild gastric pain on her back frequently in the past 3 days
User:kindly suggest her the best medicine
User:my wife is having gastric pain

User:exactly middle of her back

User:it is not from the stomach only on the right side of her back
Doctor:For now she can take a tablet of brufen 200 mg
Doctor:If it does not get better she will need an ultrasound of abdomen including kidneys, ureter and bladder
Doctor:She will also need a urine examination
User:can i ask her to morning or night
User:sure i will follow the same
