I was really sick 3 days ago burning fever then freezing cold vomited once very light headed. Bsl 3.2 120/46. Very tired no energy. Today my sugars have lifted I'm not dehydrated at all, still feeling sick with headache and tired. Woke up yesterday to find a few red spots on my side and 2 on my stomach? No more spots today but I just went to the toilet and found poo in my underwear and then blood when I wiped. I'm really scared I'm not sure what this is I'm 28yo female
Please give me a moment to read your query
I have read your query
All your symptoms point towards simple viral flu
Have you taken any treatment for the same?
I recently had 8 teeth removed and false teeth in so I had been on medication for that.
How recently was that?
in the past week?
Last Thursday week.
And you are sick now for 3 days
I was just about to ask that
nothing to worry then
IT is viral flu'requires symptomatic treatment
Over the counter treatment?
You can take Electral water or ORS for the tiredness
Any oral rehydration solution for that matter will work good
You should take adequate rest
plenty of fluids orally
Fresh fruit juices
Take bland diet
You should be fine soon
Ok will do that. How long will this last. Meant to work tomorrow
Couple of days more
And you should be fine
better not to work tomorrow too
get well soon
Thanks. Also can you have surgery on a ring finger that has boutonnière deformity
It is difficult to coorect
It lies on the skills and experience of the operating surgeon
oh yes, very much
It is a sad state for the patient
management requires a lot of patient compliance and patience of the treating doctor as well
My partner suffers from this and I find it hard to help him. Sometimes I'm not sure what to do. Most doctors don't believe. Does doing exercise help
Oh yes, definitely
Along with this CBT or cognitive Behavior Therapy is required
Anything else I could recommend. This is do helpful.
patient education is important
Your partner needs to be taught to manage the pain and fatigue
This can happen over a few sessions with the doctor and your partner
He manages himself really well. He's Learnt to manage that.
That is great to hear
Most patients do not learn it
Good that your partner knows about it
Please ask him to exercise regularly
eventually he must be able to come out of the fatigue
I don't have to ask!! He's a complete fitness person.
really nice to hear that
I'm 90% sure he has aspergers as well
But he will not get help for that. I use the internet a lot to help manage this. He can't eat a lot foods.
CBT helps to an extent for this also
Thank you. And thanks for all your help.
It's my pleasure to help you
Hope this was helpful to you
Wish your partner and you, a very good health
Extremely. Thanks and you also take care.
Bye for now
