User:I was really sick 3 days ago burning fever then freezing cold vomited once very light headed. Bsl 3.2 120/46. Very tired no energy. Today my sugars have lifted I'm not dehydrated at all, still feeling sick with headache and tired. Woke up yesterday to find a few red spots on my side and 2 on my stomach? No more spots today but I just went to the toilet and found poo in my underwear and then blood when I wiped. I'm really scared I'm not sure what this is I'm 28yo female

User:I recently had 8 teeth removed and false teeth in so I had been on medication for that.

Doctor:you can take panadol or motrin if there is fever, and you feel tired
Doctor:You can take Electral water or ORS for the tiredness
Doctor:Any oral rehydration solution for that matter will work good
Doctor:You should take adequate rest
Doctor:plenty of fluids orally
Doctor:Fresh fruit juices
Doctor:Take bland diet
Doctor:for the spots, you can use calamine lotion three to four times in a day

Doctor:It is a sad state for the patient
Doctor:management requires a lot of patient compliance and patience of the treating doctor as well
User:My partner suffers from this and I find it hard to help him. Sometimes I'm not sure what to do. Most doctors don't believe. Does doing exercise help

Doctor:Graded exercise therapy (GET) is one of the important treatment modes for the same
Doctor:Along with this CBT or cognitive Behavior Therapy is required

Doctor:Your partner needs to be taught to manage the pain and fatigue
Doctor:This can happen over a few sessions with the doctor and your partner

User:I don't have to ask!! He's a complete fitness person.

User:But he will not get help for that. I use the internet a lot to help manage this. He can't eat a lot foods.
