User:Doctor, i get lot of dreams in my sleep.
User:Due to which i wake up lot of times in night.
User:And when i wake up in morning, i feel tired

User:like if i sleep around 11, i may wake up at 1

User:some times i sleep after breakfast before coming to office

User:even i sleep for half hour after breakfast, i find myself dreaming when i wake up

User:in the starting i saw.

User:initially he felt that may be glucose levels are going down

User:he suggested to have warm milk before sleep

User:and i was quite stressed during those days

User:one reason was offcourse why the frequency of dreams increased so much suddenly

User:he gave my anxiety pills

User:even at the end sleeping pills
User:he told me never to increase quantity of sleeping pills
User:so i did not over use them.

User:i felt slowly i accepted the point, that my sleep has become bit bad than before, and its ok to live with it.
User:and my personal stress went low

User:so sleep become better, but the dreams remained

User:i used to take very less quantity.

User:may be half pill. so that i can 4-6 hours of good sleep

User:i can not remind, whether dreams were less when i used to take those sleeping pills
User:so now i have seen, when i got stressed

User:even my sleep becomes worse

User:if the stress is less, sleep timings are maintained, i get sleep but more dreams

User:like i slept at 12, and so i wake up from dream but at around morining 7
User:so the dreams only came in early morning hours

User:i feel that the stress can also be one of the reason

User:have dinner around 9

User:and try to go to bed between 11-12

User:i try to finish my breakfast by 9

User:in case i am feeling tired, because of lack of sleep or too much dreams, i again sleep for around 1 hours

User:that one hour of sleep after breakfast makes me enough energetic to run the day

User:some time, if i am feeling tired and i did not sleep enough before coming to office
User:i feel sleepy after lunch

User:i may have slept for 15-30 minutes on my chair

User:i try to do swimming in evening before i go to home

User:or i try to do some group class
User:normal aerobic kind of stuff

User:i try to sit and so some deep breating

User:from past 15 days i am maintaining the deep breathing habit

User:i am getting this feeling that deep breathing may solve my problem

Doctor:I would suggest you to follow the same but have a fixed timings for the exercises and meditation.
Doctor:As sometimes you go for swimming in the evening.
User:yeah, i am trying to wake up at sharp 7
Doctor:I would suggest you to go for swimming in morning or go for brisk walking in the morning.

User:if my sleep becomes better, i generally keep exercise for evening
Doctor:As you continue doing physical exercises in the morning initially you might be tired but later will get used to it.
User:because i feel once i woke up had done deep breathing, i want to go to office
User:and put my best foot there

User:i would love to go to office even more early
User:may be around 8 in morning

User:so that i do my exercise in evening
User:so its like all my energy in morning, i want to give it to my work in office
User:i just feel more comfortable that way
Doctor:I am suggesting you morning work out as to make it your routine to keep yourself active during the day time and you will be fresh and keep your best foot in office as you want.
User:so even now i try to do some exercise once i am free from office
User:i go by walk to office
User:and its around 1.5 km
User:i got ur point
User:after wake up do a brisk walk

Doctor:And by the time you come back home you will be physically tired so that after having dinner you can go to bed.

Doctor:Maintain a gap of 2 hrs between dinner and going to sleep.

Doctor:Have only lighter dinner as more carbohydrates can disturb your sleep.
User:i try to maintain 1 hour of gap at least

Doctor:Please maintain a gap of 2 hrs. and have a lighter dinner. Have more of salads before main course to fill your stomach.
