User:I am chatting in behalf of my wife...

User:she had one wisdom tooth extraction 2 days back....
User:and it was a minor surgery as well...
User:after that Dentist gave her antibiotics and pain killer to take...
User:now the situation is she does not have any infection or anything there, but she is having very severe pain and the pain is radiating to her ear also..
User:she is complaining more about the ear pain now...
User:it will get subside once she take the painkiller, meftal forte..
Doctor:The pain could be due to regenerated nerve ending which was injured during extraction.
Doctor:It will come down

User:she was taking the pain killer meftal forte...
Doctor:Need not worry, for now pain killer medications are the only resort
User:today we went to another dentist and she gave another pain killer Dicloran A
User:and she said it is more effective..
User:but it is not working for her....
User:she is near to me and she is still having the same pain with Dicloran A. She took Dicloran at 10:00 o'clock

User:can she take meftal forte also now... ????

Doctor:From tomorrow she may have to change her pain killer medication to something like Naproxen

User:as she is taking 2 to 3 pain killers daily for the last 3 days...

Doctor:taking pain killers for long duration like weeks or months can affect the kidneys
Doctor:It may take not more than 4 to 5 days for the pain to subside completely
