User:Good Morning doctor
User:I need to go 3 time in the morning to clear bovels... never clear in 1 attempt. pl advice.
Doctor:How long have you been with this problem?
User:about 2 years.
Doctor:Besides this bowel issues do you have any other problems?
User:no issues otherwise...
Doctor:Abdominal pain, distention, bloating, nausea, vomiting and so on?
User:i try to take water but do not feel urge for water many time..
User:no symptoms as asked by you any time..
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:I don't feel there is any medical reason for your problem.
Doctor:Perhaps it is habitual.
Doctor:Medical drugs like laxatives and stool softener can only partially treat this condition
Doctor:but you should improve your diet - add lots of fruits, start exercise preferable as soon as you wake up
Doctor:and maintain adequate weight
Doctor:These changes would bring your bowel movements to normal over period of time.

User:am i underweight ? at 70 Kgs.. I think i gained about 4 kgs in last 6 months
Doctor:May I know height?
User:height is 5 ft 7 inch.
User:i am slim built having some obesity or pot belly...
Doctor:70 kg is just under limits.
User:excersise have been doing in morning but bovels do not clear in 1 go.. need to go again after 1st Tea and then imm after brekfast too.
Doctor:Prefer to keep the weight between 60 to 65/67 kgs.
User:so 3 time in early morning within 2 hours have been a practice.. i am upset about this..
Doctor:There are some people who develop urge to go after food due to reflex.
Doctor:Tea and coffee which are stimulants have this property.
Doctor:Prefer to reduce them.
Doctor:Try to see if there are any other specific food products that increases the urge and avoid it.
User:Also doc I have many time Gas and Farting .. specially in evenings...
User:i am looking for a solution for this..
User:my schedule involves about 2 km walk every eveving.
Doctor:You can try syp gelusil MPS 1 - 2 tsp after food three times a day for a month
Doctor:and see if the gas improve.s
Doctor:You should avoid too spicy food.
Doctor:Add some fibres.
Doctor:Reduce lentil and very high calorie food.
Doctor:Add some yoghurts to your diet.
Doctor:The complaints that you reported are non specific ones and do not related to serious medical condition.
Doctor:It should improve with a proper diet and life style.

User:NO i do not take lentils at all .. only take Moong Dal on daily basis.
Doctor:Try the gelusil MPS and see if you feel better.
User:Yoghurts actually cause me sore throat quickly .. even if it is fresh .. So i avoid yoghurts.
User:shall i take rice or shall i skip rice.. does rice intake impacts this..
User:i have another issue to discusss doctor..
Doctor:Any diet that is rich in calorie can play a role.
Doctor:Restrict the rice to not more than one meal a day.
Doctor:Similarly restrict sweets and deserts.\
User:yes .. thanks for your advice on rice, seeets and deserts doctor..
User:can i ask something about my 10 year old son.
User:he is 10 years, weight only 32, height 3 ft 4 in. very slim and thin structure...looks anemic... although we take all care buut does not improve.

User:yes yes off course... Ped says .. do not worry.. will be imroved with time..
User:off course he take lot of high calorie food incl Almonds, Milk Cream, etc but weight gain is nil ..
