User:i need your help regarding my wife's health...
User:we had our 1st child on 16th mar 2014, now the baby girl is 8 months old...
User:however till date my wife have not got her periods yet...
User:is it normal? as off late for last few days she feels like some momemts in her stomach...
Doctor:Is she giving exclusive breast feeding to baby?
User:she use to give continious breast feed till 6 months...
User:now only in evening and in night...
Doctor:Usually lactation can cause amenorrhea (Absence of periods)
Doctor:Have you done any pregnancy test?
User:last week we did the pregnancy test and the result was negative...
Doctor:Ok good
User:but still she feels some movements....
Doctor:If her test was negative then need not to worry this is mostly due to lacatation
Doctor:I suggest you wait for few more months
User:we had unprotected sex during 4th month since child birth...
Doctor:only one time
User:ya, otherwise we use protection!
Doctor:I guess there is no chance of pregnancy
User:but now she is worried about her periods
Doctor:I guess her periods are going to be started soon, If she still feels anxiety about pregnancy then better get ultrasound scan to rule out pregnancy ok
