User:my wife is having pain in right side abdomen lower stomach
User:for last 3 to 4 days
User:i would like to know if anything serious?
Doctor:How severe it is on a scale of 1 to 10? 1 is the least
Doctor:Is it associated with vomiting or fever?
Doctor:Is it continous pain or related to food?
User:not during laying in the bed
User:she is not able to explain if it is pain or cramp or something
Doctor:Ok I suggest her an examination with the doctor and then prescribe medicines
