User:My wife is 15 weeks pregnant now

User:Her Gyno suggested for Hb Red Iron tonic last week
User:15 ml per day
User:After taking this, she started experiencing constipation problem
User:She took it just for one day and stopped taking it after taking advise from the gyno
User:But even now she is experiencing constipation
User:how to overcome this problem
Doctor:When was the last time she passed stools?
User:She is taking plenty of liquid food
User:like Tender coconut etc

User:Stopped taking the tonic, eating bananas, plenty of water and tender coconut

Doctor:she should have taken some laxatives
Doctor:constipation is not good in pregnancy
