Please proceed with your query
User:Hi Doc..
User:How are you doing today?
User:Since morning today i am feeling pain on my left side of the chest while breathing..
Doctor:I am fine , thank you.
User:It increases gradually when i get up from bed and my breath becomes smaller and smaller say in about 15 minutes i feel like out of breath and pain continues..
Doctor:Can you grade the severity of pain on a scale of 1 to 10?
User:while lying in the bed it's 2 when i try to get up and do something it goes till 5 i would say
Doctor:Does the pain worsen when you move?
User:if i get up it starts to get bad.. if i am lying in the bed it's all normal..
Doctor:I understand that, but do you feel this pain is restricting movements such as bending, turning etc?
User:no for the first few minutes off the bed.. post that it becomes a hurdle and i have to think twice before bending..
Doctor:Do you have history of cough?
User:say within 5-7 minutes it is a hurdle.
Doctor:Based on your description, it is less likely from the heart.
Doctor:It sounds like a muscular pain to me.
User:but recently i was hospitalized for typhoid.
User:should taking bath in hot water help me then?
Doctor:However if the pain is severe / worsen its always good to perform ECG.
Doctor:You can take hot bath.
Doctor:Apply heat to the affected area and try pain balms
User:I did that when i was in hospital about a week back all was normal in that..
User:Ok.. let me do that..
Doctor:Relaxyl spray is another alternative which you can apply on that area for pain relief.
Doctor:It most likely seems like muscular ache and it should resolve with these measures.
Doctor:Do you have any more questions?
User:Ok.. thank you doctor.
User:I gues i am good for now untill i take bath and do some remediations..
User:If it's noth helping me then what should i do?
