Doctor:The right time would be from 7 to 14 day of your cycle considering the 1st day of your cycle as day 1.
Doctor:Early morning intercourse would help in conception.
Doctor:and lying down or missionary position is considered to be better for conception.
Doctor:after intercourse the female needs to rest in the bed for 10 to 15 mins for the ejaculate to travel to cervix.

Doctor:And as your tests are in normal range I would suggest you to get serum LH repeated on 10th day.
User:serum LH repeated on 10th day what is this?
Doctor:This LH level should raise more than 70 which would suggest that ovulation has taken place.

Doctor:from 26th july to 1st of august
Doctor:early morning intercourse is the best time

Doctor:let there be a gap after 3 days of intercourse that is from 26th july to 30th july and after a day or two that is 1st you can try again.
Doctor:this will replenish the semen and sperm count for better chances of conception.
User:only 3 days
Doctor:3 days a gap of one day or two and repeat again.
Doctor:for 3 days.
Doctor:so total of 6 days.
User:i mean only 3 time ejacution may help
Doctor:nothing like that.
Doctor:you can try many times on the same day.
Doctor:but morning is the best chance for conception.
Doctor:follicular study as advised by your doctor is to check the number of follicles in the ovary.
Doctor:this will also help in knowing whether ovulation is going to take place or not.
Doctor:And the tablets she has given is for ovulation.
Doctor:so if you are not planning to take tablets, you can try naturally for this month and next.

Doctor:Yes, to know the number of follicles which can form ovum later is important.
User:that the first time i have faced such kind of issues
Doctor:if follicular study and serum LH on the 10th day of the cycle is normal then you can conceive naturally.
User:wat is the cost of the follicular study
Doctor:It does happen in the present generation with work and stress there are very high chances of hormonal imbalances.
User:i am thing of side effect due to this
Doctor:the cost would be around 500rs depending on the center
Doctor:Are there any more queries for me to help you with?

Doctor:if not able to conceive get your husbands semen analysis done.
User:it blood test doctor
Doctor:Yes its a blood test.
Doctor:please understand stress is one of the major factors for infertility.
