User:i have been experiencing abdominal pain for a couple of days
User:i had the same in the 1st week of Dec after eating out which recovered in a couple of days
User:on 31st i had lunch outside since then i have these cramps
User:no vomiting, no loose stools
User:i feel pukish when i think of food though
Doctor:where exactly is the pain abdomen?
User:in the stomach
Doctor:I can think of two possibilties
Doctor:one is acidity or ulcer
Doctor:second is typhoid
User:i dont feel feverish
Doctor:It does need investigations
Doctor:That is why I kept typhoid as second in list
User:i am quite active
Doctor:It can be easily ruled our with a typhidot
User:is there any medications i can take for acidity
Doctor:Firstly you should avoid outside food and spicy foods
Doctor:Get evaluated by a physician since it may be something else
Doctor:Get tested for typhoid and H pylori
Doctor:For acidity you can start with gelusil tablets
Doctor:If it does not work then medicines like pantoprazole can be taken
Doctor:So these would be the next best steps
