User:I'm travelling to Nairobi for 2 months. I want to bring some general medicine for Fever, Headache, Stomach pain , Vomit control, Lose motion, Body pain, Cold
User:can you please tell me the medicine list for the above
Doctor:Sinarest is a tablet that can be taken for headache, fever and cold/cough
Doctor:And the medicines you requested for all other problems can only be bought on a prescription
Doctor:So I will not be able to give you the brand names of those tablets.
Doctor:FOr vomiting you can take Domperidone or Ondensetron but both are available only if you have a prescription
Doctor:Body pain tablets will also require a prescription
Doctor:Loose stools again will need prescription
Doctor:So, it is best to visit your local doctor and get a prescription for these medicines

User:yes.. when I was child I have taken. but for travel , they need a certificate or entry in my yellow card
User:Actually I'm staying near by St.Johns hospital. Is polio vaccine will be available in that hospital.
