Doctor:your symptoms are strongly associated with your posture.
Doctor:You mentioned the symptoms arises as you wake up from the bed.
User:pain in my left shoulder nd arm as well
Doctor:Such kind of symptoms that occur with change of posture can be due to postural drop in blood pressure (which I put across as autonomic disturnbances).
Doctor:It can also occur due to minor inner ear problems also known as BPPV.

User:so that can create problem like i am facing - vertigo feeling / sensation in head /nausea /confused
Doctor:As you must have noticed the symptoms are related to blood pressure and heart; ear issues; neck issues.
Doctor:Since these symptoms are not very frequent, short lasting and only recent in nature
Doctor:I don't foresee a serious complications.
