Doctor :   BMI is Body mass index, it is a measure of body weight based on a person's weight and height
User :   i hv been shown as a BMI of 23

Doctor :   It is advisable that the BMI should be in the range of 18 to 24 so yours is in the normal range.
User :   i hv put on a lot of weight recently around my belly...please suggest ways to reduce it

Doctor :   1)First of all you need to do regular exercise even a daily walk for 20 to 25 minutes and some abdominal exercises.
Doctor :   2)Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Doctor :   3)Go for wholesome fresh foods
