User :   post delivery of my baby.. since last month i am having heavy hair fall
User :   i was wondering whether rigorous exercising and watching calories has this effect?

User :   i lost around 12 kgs in 7 months.. is this weight loss steep and is this what is causing the hair fall?
Doctor :   yes weight loss could be due to rigorous exercising and watching calories.
User :   could this weight loss cause hair fall too?

Doctor :   you need to have adequate protien in diet for having nutrition to hair else it becomes weak
Doctor :   and tends to break and fall off easily
Doctor :   apart from diet you need hair care regime too
Doctor :   that involved regular washing and protection to avoid dust and sweat suffocating the hair follicles.

User :   i am vegetarian and not sure how i can increase the protien intake

User :   on another note Doctor... i had a c-section in July 2009... I am 30 today and was wondering if it would be ok if i plan to concieve in July of 2011

User :   i don't want to get too late and have complications
User :   basically i was thinking 3 years since delivery of first baby..
User :   i always hear doctors recommending 3 years gap.. does that mean 3 years since delivery?
Doctor :   ok. it should be fine, just that labour should be closely monitored to avoid complications like uterine rupture which can be life threatening

User :   will it be possible to have normal delivery after c-section once?
Doctor :   if labour is progressing well, normal delivery can be tried, and you can have a normal vaginal delivery
Doctor :   but if any complications are detected, then emergency c-section will be needed.
Doctor :   to save both you and the baby
