User :   I am having a back ache since past one month
User :   whenever i try to bend forward towards knee, i am not able to do it anymore

User :   this happened becoz of some two months back of lifting a weight in Gym, after that i took considerable rest, but still whenver i sleep for long or try bending foreward, i feel stiffness in my back
