User : Hello im 13,5'2,190 pounds. I recently got my thyroid checked and it was a 26. there about to put me on synthroid. i was wondering if synthroid will help me lose weight. Make me look slimmer? will it? please give me good in detail and terms i can understand please. O and how long does it take to stabilize my thyroid with this medication?
