User :   just want to check , what can be my ideal plan , so as to reduce my weight

User :   age:31 years , gender : male , height : approx 66 inches, weight : approx 100 Kg & waist ; 40 Inch
Doctor :   Do you have any medical illness such as diabetes/thyroid problems/liver disease?

User :   yes i 'm a thyroid patient and taking 1 eletroxin per day

User :   no liquor , no smoking

User :   yes , and reduced more then 20 kg in 2007-08, but again regain it and back to the same level

Doctor :   Weight changes are affected by various factors, well known factors among them are
Doctor :   genes, hormonal factors, presence of risk factors such as sedentary work style, lack of physical exercise, calorie intake and so on.

User :   my question is for my diet plan , like if my blood group is B+ive nd if i'm a thyroid patient , then what should i eat nd what should i avoid
Doctor :   You can take regular breaks if you want to and let those breaks too be as regular.
Doctor :   Avoid frequent breaks.

Doctor :   In general avoid sugars, avoid high calorie and high fat diet such as refined grains, high fat dairy products, use whole fruits and 6 servings of fruits and vegetables.
