User :   I am a 34 year old male in reasaonable condition. I am 5'8", small frame and weight 110lbs with less than 10% body fat. I smoke 1 to 2 packs a day. I do not have the greatest appetite and struggle to keep weight on. I am considering fasting for the next 30+ days for religious reasons. I go to school and work in the xxxx heat from 7:30am until 11pm. I would not eat or drink anything (including water) from sun rise till about 11pm when I get home. Last year my weight dropped to 93lbs and it took 2 /12 months to get back to 110lbs. I will only be able to eat about 1 meal a day due to my schedule. My wife is concerned this is not healthy for me at this time. Is it advisable to fast?
