User :   watery discharge
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Hello doctor
Doctor :   Are you there ?
User :   So i had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend. since then i am having a really water discharge whenever i urinate. or i find discharge "clusters" in the toilet. I menstruated on the 22 and we had intercourse on the 26. used protection-a condom. i think it was okay. it looked okay. i am waitin for my period. my cycle is usually 28 27 days.
User :   but i dont know why i have that watery discharge. clear watery discharge whenever i urinate
User :   i am under stress because it is exam period. i dont know if that is relevant. everything was safe so it is not normal beeing a sign of pregnancy. right?
Doctor :   No , the chances of pregnancy are very remote
Doctor :   and Do you have itching in the genitalia ?
User :   no nothing
User :   no infection
Doctor :   Ok, is there any specific odor or color of the discharge ?
User :   no. watery. clear
User :   most of the discharge comes out when i urinate.
Doctor :   Ok, Is the discharge only and only after urination ?
Doctor :   Ok, i get it
Doctor :   i do not suspect anything serious here
User :   normally and generally i have a lot of discharge. no infections though thats me . but now its when i urinate. and i dont know why
Doctor :   it is nonthing but cervical secretions under the influence of the hormonal imbalance
Doctor :   the act of urination applies pressure over the secretions present vaginal fornices
Doctor :   ad pushes it out
Doctor :   and*
User :   okay because every time i am worrying about any changes in discharge. what are the odds getting pregnant if using protection right. (condom) . The fertile period is during ovulation ( 3 4 days after the end of a period?)
Doctor :   3 to 4 days after the bleeding is not fertile
Doctor :   and over that with a condom , the chances of pregnancy are nil
User :   Also, i wanted to ask something about discharge. my discharge is every day every month every year. sometimes it is less sometimes is more. no thyroid problems. menstruation normal. is it normal?
User :   PCOS would have been possible only with irregular menstrual c ycles?
Doctor :   yes, PCOS is always with irregular menstrual cycles
Doctor :   hormonal imbalance do preset with continuous discharge like you have
User :   but i have normal menstrual cycles. once in 12 months my period date might change.
User :   for example march : 22 february : 24 january : 24 december : 12
Doctor :   yes, the hormonal imbalance will not be that severe so as to affect the periods ( endometrium ) but do cause changes in the cervical glands
User :   so you recommend me taking an ultra sound or a blood test?
Doctor :   i would say an Ultrasound first so as to rule out the other rare possibility of such a presentation which is presence of fibroids in the uterine walls
User :   ok doctor. thank you for your time
Doctor :   you are welcome
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me
Doctor :   kindly provide your feedback
Doctor :   Bye for now
Doctor :   Take care
Doctor :   Wish you good health
