User :   i was wondering what it means if your wbc in a urinalysis is 68
Doctor :   WBC are the White Blood cells , play a defense role against infection , there presence in urine in more number indicates possibility of infection
User :   the normal level is 0-5

Doctor :   Next test advised in you is Urine culture and sensitivity test to see which bacteria has infected and what treatment has to be put
