User :   Hi i went to the doctors today and they turned off the lights and looked into my eyes. They said it looked normal. Could that rule out a brain tumor?
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   hello
Doctor :   not all brain tumors produce signs in eyes
Doctor :   but its not the reliable test for brain tumors
User :   well i went to the doctors today because firday all of a sudden i got vision problems headache and naseau
User :   they said it was a concussion because thursday i got my head hit
User :   the neasau went away
User :   but i still have a headache/vision disturbances
User :   concussion and brain tumor on paper look like thy have the same symptoms so it got me scared hehe
Doctor :   ok, i understood
Doctor :   here it is any bleeding , edema , tumor , inflammation concussion injuries do increase the pressure in the cranium ( skull )this leads to papillary constriction in the eye
Doctor :   that way the eye sign helps in ruling out increased intracranial pressure
Doctor :   but not cancers directly
User :   ok
User :   but is it a good sign if it checked ot fine?
User :   or no relevance what so ever?
Doctor :   yes, it is a good sign as it rules out many possibilities which cause increased intracranial pressure
Doctor :   it has a relevance but not completely reliable
User :   would it make more sense that i have a concussion?
User :   i havnt vomitted
Doctor :   the symptoms you have are in favor of concussion and your history of head hit adds to it
Doctor :   no vomit is a good sign
User :   ok
User :   i just got a little worried
User :   i havnt had a headace in moths
User :   months
Doctor :   do not worry , you are with symptoms which are common in head hit , and they are self limiting
User :   my naseau has gone away
User :   but i seem to still have headache/ eye problems
Doctor :   i repeat not vomiting is a good sign , and vomiting is bad
Doctor :   yes head ache and eye problems are last to go
User :   ok
User :   will tyelonol eliminitate the headache or just dull it?
Doctor :   tylenol will reduce but Glycerol solution will helps more
