User :   my daughter who is 11 and weighs 110 lbs is running a fever of 104.3 she has had headake and sore throat for 3 days before today.Fever last night not as high.I am giving Tylenol and bromfed DM for caugh and congestion in head, with cold compress on head for fever.Is there anything alce I can do?Is this fever dangerouse for her now if I can get it down to 102 soon?

Doctor :   yes, if the fever crosses 106 and continuous for more than 6 hours , not relieved by two doses of 450mg tylenol 6 hours apart
