User :   Last night me and my husband had intercores, as soon as he pulled out of me my lower mid abdomen started to hurt a very sharp pain almost like i was going into laybor. Im not pregnet and im on birth controle. along with the sharp pain came a cold sweet and nausia. I went to the restroom and vomited. After that I took a pain pill the pain subsided I feel asleep and now I only feel a little pain almost gone. what could be wrong?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   let me read
Doctor :   it is the cramping of the lower uterine segment that some times gives this kind of pain
Doctor :   if the pain is relieved by simple analgesics and rest than no need to worry
User :   does that cramping only accure after intercorse
Doctor :   the intercourse might have precipitated the cramping ?
User :   it wasnt a cramping pain it was a sharp consistant pain
Doctor :   usually the deep seated pain will be like dull aching super added with sharp pains and or cramping
User :   ok is there anything else that could have cuased it
Doctor :   local trauma during the act
Doctor :   infections of the vaginal canal
Doctor :   all this can cause the pain
User :   if it was trauma during the act and I still feel a little pain should i see a doctor
Doctor :   if it is a trauma it would have been a superficial tear and if there is no bleeding simple analgesics is sufficient
User :   ok thank u I think thats it
Doctor :   and if the pain doe sent decrease in a day or two than you need to see the doctor
